centiBrad: a definition

The centiBrad (whose origin is discussed here) is a metric to track rejections. Five rejections earn you a centiBrad! This means very little in practical terms, but rejection hurts, and the idea of a shiny little achievement for going through it sometimes helps. There's also a centiBrad tag to track its mentions here.
